TELEPERFORMANCE: Information on the Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Teleperformance, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published the total number of shares and voting rights for August 2026. As of August 31, the share capital consisted of 59,874,365 shares. The total number of gross voting rights was 61,482,791, while the net total, after deducting shares without voting rights, was 60,136,683.

The company's bylaws do not contain any clause imposing an obligation to declare threshold crossings in addition to the legal thresholds. Teleperformance continues to comply with the regulatory requirements of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
