Téléperformance : Franchissement de seuil par Goldman Sachs International
Le 4 mars 2026, Goldman Sachs International a franchi à la baisse le seuil de 5% des droits de vote de Téléperformance. Selon un communiqué reçu le 9 mars 2026, elle détient désormais 3 006 396 actions, représentant 5,02% du capital et 4,90% des droits de vote. Ce franchissement résulte d'une cession d'actions hors marché.
En parallèle, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., maison mère de Goldman Sachs International, n’a franchi aucun seuil supplémentaire. Elle conserve, via ses filiales, 4 379 753 actions Téléperformance, soit 7,31% du capital et 7,14% des droits de vote.
