Threshold crossings at Teleperformance by Norges Bank

Norges Bank recently crossed several thresholds in its stake in Teleperformance, listed on Euronext Paris. According to a press release received on March 26, 2026, the Norwegian bank repeatedly exceeded the 5% ownership threshold between March 23 and 25, 2026. These changes resulted from exchanges of shares held as collateral.

On March 23, Norges Bank first crossed the threshold, holding 5.04% of the capital. The following day, it fell back to 4.83%. Finally, on March 25, it once again exceeded the 5% threshold, reaching 5.04% of Teleperformance's capital.
