Telekom Austria AG Reports 2025 Financial Results

A1 Telekom Austria Group released its financial performance for Q4 and the entire year 2025. The company saw a 3.0% increase in total revenues, driven by a 1.9% growth in service and higher equipment revenues. EBITDA grew by 3.7%, excluding one-offs, propelled by substantial 9.5% operational expansion in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Net results reached EUR 613 million, slightly down from EUR 627 million in 2024. Net debt, excluding leases, was reduced by EUR 283 million, bringing the ratio to EBITDAaL to 0.0x.

Capital expenditures increased by 2.8%, largely due to the 5G auction in Serbia, while free cash flow rose by 3.7% to EUR 596 million. Mobile subscribers grew by 11.3% year-on-year, with revenue-generating units (RGU) also rising by 1.7%. The fourth quarter of 2025 saw total revenues rise by 1.1% and EBITDA increase by 5.4%, excluding one-offs. In Serbia, the company finalized a 5G auction for EUR 100 million, activating services in December.
