Tectonic Metals Unveils Promising Results at Black Creek

Tectonic Metals Inc. has announced new drill assay outcomes from Black Creek, part of its extensive Flat Gold Project in Alaska. The results, reported on August 25, 2026, confirm high-grade gold mineralization for a second consecutive year, emphasizing Black Creek's potential as an emerging gold center. Key findings include drill holes such as CMR26-152, yielding 5.09 g/t Au over 21.34 meters, and CMR26-153 with 1.89 g/t Au over 57.91 meters. Additional assays are pending, as six more drill holes have been completed.

The 2026 program deepens Tectonic's geological understanding of Black Creek, with gold primarily hosted in hornfelsed sedimentary rocks and associated with higher-grade quartz-carbonate-stibnite veining. The area's geological features, including mafic dykes and intrusion contacts, have been identified as crucial factors impacting mineralization, allowing for more targeted exploration.

Tectonic aims to leverage these insights across the Flat district's extensive gold targets, envisioning Black Creek as a complement to the main Chicken Mountain target. With assays pending and further drilling planned, Tectonic is set on defining continuity and expanding the Black Creek system.
