Tectonic Metals' 2025 Drilling Confirms Potential at Chicken Mountain
Tectonic Metals Inc. has announced successful final assay results from the 2025 drilling program at Chicken Mountain, part of the Flat Gold Project in Alaska. The program highlighted potential for bulk-tonnage, heap-leachable gold production, with significant near-surface intercepts. The project, characterized as a Reduced Intrusion Related Gold System, offers promising prospects for resource expansion and development.
The drilling program transitioned Chicken Mountain from exploration to a viable resource opportunity, targeting expansion and resource delineation. Tectonic Metals achieved a 100% drill success rate, with all 191 holes intersecting gold mineralization. The mineralization remains open in all directions, underscoring its expansive potential.
CEO Tony Reda expressed confidence in the project's scale and predictability, emphasizing the potential for simple open-pit mining development due to the broad, continuous zones of mineralization.
