Technip Energies successfully raises €500 million
Technip Energies NV has issued €500 million of bonds at 4% interest, maturing on June 10, 2033. The operation generated strong demand, with oversubscription by European investors more than five times greater.
The funds raised will be used for the company's general needs. Settlement of the issue is scheduled for June 10, 2026, with listing expected on Euronext Paris.
Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC Continental Europe coordinated the transaction, while BNP Paribas and others acted as bookrunners.
