Technip Energies Prices €500 Million Notes Due in 2033
Technip Energies, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced the pricing of €500 million in senior unsecured notes. These notes are set to mature on June 10, 2033, and carry a 4% interest rate. The issuance saw significant interest, being oversubscribed more than five times by a diverse European investor base.
Funds raised will support general corporate purposes. The notes are expected to commence trading on Euronext Paris on June 10, 2026, pending fulfillment of standard closing conditions. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, along with HSBC Continental Europe, are acting as Global Coordinators.
This move augments Technip Energies' financing strategy, amid its leadership in sectors like LNG and sustainable chemistry.
