Techem's 2025 Sustainability Achievements Highlight Progress
Techem GmbH has released its sixth sustainability report, showcasing significant progress in climate protection, digitalization, and the circular economy. The report reveals a reduction of the company's CO2e footprint by 11.2% compared to the previous year, thanks to reduced Scope 3 emissions. From 2020, this marks a 27% reduction, demonstrating Techem's commitment to decarbonization.
Techem has also advanced digital infrastructure in the building sector. With 85.4% of its measuring devices now radio-enabled, the company aims to enhance energy efficiency. Additionally, Techem focuses on expanding its e-mobility infrastructure, planning to increase charging points to 5,000 by 2027. The firm's efforts have been recognized with an "AA" ESG rating by MSCI and the ESG Transparency Award by the EUPD Group, highlighting its leadership in sustainable corporate governance.
