TBSO Combined General Meeting on June 15, 2026
TBSO has announced that its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on June 15, 2026, in Paris. Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting at Morning Concorde at 11:00 a.m. to discuss the agenda. A notice of meeting was published on May 11, 2026, in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (Official Gazette of Mandatory Legal Notices).
The necessary documents, as required by the Commercial Code, are available on the TBSO website as soon as the notice of meeting is issued. Shareholders may attend in person, by proxy, or by mail. The meeting will be broadcast live and accessible online for up to two years after it takes place.
The half-year results for 2026 will be published on September 30, 2026. TBSO continues to work towards its position as a European leader by offering various innovative services and products.
