Tax distribution of Altarea's 2024 dividend
On June 11, 2025, Altarea detailed the dividend distribution for the 2024 financial year, approved at the combined general meeting on June 5. The dividend per share is set at €8, distributed either entirely in cash, or 25% in cash and 75% in shares, depending on the shareholder's choice. The total dividend amounts to €179,126,477.32, including a share premium deduction of €136,455,284.25.
The dividend tax distribution is split between €1.91 in income distribution and €6.09 in share premium reimbursement. The dividend was detached on June 11, 2025, with a payment option available until June 24, 2025.
