Tarkett receives an A rating from the CDP for its climate commitment

Tarkett, a flooring specialist, has been awarded an A rating by CDP for the second consecutive year. This recognition positions Tarkett among the world's climate leaders, out of a total of 20,000 companies assessed. The rating attests to Tarkett's rigorous approach to climate management. Arnaud Marquis, Director of Sustainable Development, emphasizes the company's commitment to reducing Scope 3 emissions and aligning its actions with planetary boundaries.

The CDP is a non-profit organization that assesses companies on their carbon emissions. Its approach has evolved to align with the European CSRD directive, making an A rating more demanding. Tarkett aims to reduce its emissions by 30% by 2030. In parallel, the company promotes eco-design, recycling, and sustainable procurement. Since 2023, it has also received the EcoVadis Platinum Award and is listed among the climate leaders by the Financial Times.
