Taranis Resources Identifies Key Geological Feature in British Columbia

Taranis Resources Inc. has announced a significant discovery in Southeast British Columbia. The company's exploration program has identified an intrusive body on the expanded 6,400 Ha project area, facilitating further investigation into a potential porphyry-epithermal system in the Silver Cup mineral district.

The discovery, named "GUS," is an intrusive stock located just a few kilometers from the Borr epithermal zone and the Thor Mineral Resource. Geological surveys link these sites through the Thor Lamprophyre Dyke, a 16 km aeromagnetic feature tied to historical mining operations.

This finding marks the first identification of phaneritic intrusive rocks at the Thor property. These rocks bear similarities with those near the Thor deposit, suggesting deeper undiscovered mineralization. Ongoing analysis aims to explore these intrusive rocks as the potential source of widespread mineralization in the district.
