TAG Immobilien AG Plans to Increase Dividend Payout Ratio for 2026

TAG Immobilien AG announced plans to increase the dividend payout ratio for the 2026 financial year. Following the acquisition of approximately 5,300 rental units in Poland, the projected rise in operating cashflow has prompted this strategic decision. The Management and Supervisory Boards aim to raise the payout ratio from the current 40% of FFO I to at least 50% of FFO I. This marks the first time the company will implement such an increase.

The payout ratio for the 2025 financial year remains unchanged at 40% of FFO I. The company believes the Polish acquisition will significantly enhance operational income, supporting the planned dividend increment. This move aligns with TAG Immobilien's growth strategy and commitment to shareholder returns.
