SWI Group Shifts Focus to Digital Infrastructure
SWI Group has redefined its business strategy, allocating over 80% of its capital to a transatlantic digital infrastructure platform with plans to increase this to 90%. The company has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Genesis Digital Assets, now to be known as SWI Digital, focusing on US digital infrastructure.
Under the leadership of Max-Hervé George and Jaume Sabater, SWI Group is poised for double-digit growth in 2026. Its investments in AI and data centers mark a strategic emphasis on technology sectors, particularly through platforms like AiOnX in Europe and SWI Digital in the US. Furthermore, SWI intends to develop a proprietary AI-cloud platform to broaden its digital capabilities.
In addition to digital infrastructure, SWI Group remains diverse, investing in real estate and other sectors with potential growth opportunities. The group's transformation reflects a strategic alignment toward emerging technological trends and markets.
