SWI Group Shifts Focus to Digital Infrastructure
SWI Group, a prominent investment group listed on Euronext Amsterdam, has undertaken a strategic shift towards digital infrastructure. Over 80% of the group's capital now supports a digital infrastructure platform with ambitions to increase this to 90%. A significant step in this direction is the acquisition of a controlling stake in Genesis Digital Assets (GDA), soon to be SWI Digital, a key player in the US market.
The group is developing its own AI-cloud platform, intending to deliver GPU-accelerated computing services. This move complements its existing investments in global data centers and enhances its vertical integration in digital infrastructure.
Beyond digital infrastructure, SWI continues diversified investments in real estate and emerging markets. This strategy aligns with their vision to leverage trends that promise to define the upcoming decade in private markets.
