SUSS MicroTec Extends Contracts of Key Executives
On January 19, 2026, SUSS MicroTec SE's Supervisory Board announced the extension of contracts for CEO Burkhardt Frick and CFO Dr. Cornelia Ballwießer. Frick's contract is extended until December 31, 2030, while Ballwießer's will run until June 30, 2028.
Dr. David Dean, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, highlighted the successful collaboration with the management and expressed confidence in achieving sales and profitability targets. SUSS aims to grow sales to €750-900 million by 2030, with the EBIT margin projected to reach 20-22%.
CEO Frick noted the strategic positioning of SUSS in the semiconductor industry, supported by upcoming product launches. CFO Ballwießer emphasized the improvement in the company's financial standing and governance, alongside a commitment to digitalization and ESG strategies.
