Suspension of namR listing before 2024 financial report
On June 20, 2025, namR, a company specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, announced the temporary suspension of the listing of its shares by Euronext, effective since June 16, 2025. This freeze is linked to the delay in publishing the 2024 financial report, in accordance with Article 7.3.1 (IV) of the Euronext Growth rules. This delay results from the wait for the approval of a conciliation protocol, obtained on April 29, 2025.
Upon publication of the annual report, trading is expected to resume, subject to assessment by Euronext. NamR will shortly announce the date of publication of the report, as well as that of its General Meeting and the resumption of trading.
