Supreme Critical Metals Inc. Revises Uranium Option, Drops Nickel Project

Supreme Critical Metals Inc. has announced amendments to its agreement with Yellow Chief Uranium Inc., focusing on acquiring a full interest in Yellow Chief properties. The company will issue a total of 8 million shares to secure its 100% interest, bypassing cash and work obligations. An initial 4 million shares will be issued immediately, with the remaining 4 million due in a year. The properties include claims in Saskatchewan and Utah, featuring part of the historic Yellow Chief Mine.

Additionally, Supreme has decided to relinquish its interest in the Saguenay Nickel Project in Quebec. This move, following a strategic review, aligns with the company's focus on assets with a clear production path. Supreme Critical Metals aims to streamline its operations, prioritizing sustainable mining ventures.
