Sun Peak Metals Embarks on 2026 Exploration in Saudi Arabia

Sun Peak Metals Corp. has launched its 2026 exploration program in Saudi Arabia, focusing on copper and gold projects across multiple sites. After acquiring Saudi Discovery Company, Sun Peak has expedited exploration activities, leveraging existing data to target prosperous volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) systems. The exploration covers Safra, Al Miyah, and Halahila projects, integrating geological mapping, electromagnetic surveys, and geophysical techniques.

Preliminary findings highlight promising copper-gold signatures akin to major deposits such as Bisha. With detailed assessments underway, initial drilling is set for later this year. The company also bolstered its board with new members, enhancing its expertise in finance, legal, and regional operations, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
