Summary of the General Assembly of AUGROS COSMETIC PACKAGING
At the Combined General Meeting of March 30, 2026, AUGROS COSMETIC PACKAGING approved, without modification, the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, accompanied by the auditor's certificate.
The General Meeting decided to withdraw the 8th resolution concerning the appointment of Mr. Sylvain Laporte as a member of the Supervisory Board. Furthermore, it amended the 16th resolution concerning the remuneration of Supervisory Board members. No member will receive remuneration or expense reimbursement for the 2025 financial year or thereafter, unless a new decision is made.
All other resolutions were adopted without amendment. The annual accounts and the audit report have been published and are available on the Company's website.
