Successful first trials of the SABOTEUR UAV in France
DRONE VOLT and its Belgian partner Sol.One have announced the successful completion of the first trials of the SABOTEUR UAV system in France. This vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft is designed for long-duration missions, transporting and deploying interceptor quadcopters.
The tests, conducted at a protected site, mark a significant milestone in the partnership between DRONE VOLT and Sol.One, which began last September with a firm order worth €50 million over five years. The SABOTEUR UAV offers a range of 400 to 500 km and a flight time of up to 5 hours.
DRONE VOLT's Drone as a Service (DaaS) offering, which includes support services, is expanding rapidly. The company anticipates doubling its DaaS revenue by 2027 due to growing demand.
