Success of the operation on the CALIBRE BSAs

CALIBRE, a global player in the shooting industry, announced the successful exercise of its BSA2022 warrants. During the subscription period, 9,784,665 BSA2022 warrants were traded, representing nearly 80% of the warrants outstanding at the launch of the operation. This initiative strengthened CALIBRE's cash position by €0.7 million, with the creation of 18,624,493,392 new shares.

At the same time, the potential dilution was reduced by 40%. A shareholder who held 1% of the capital before the transaction and did not participate now holds a 0.39% stake. This success is partly due to HBR Investment Group's sale of its 2022 warrants to several investors.
