Strategic reorientation and new governance at Arcure
Arcure, a company listed on Euronext Growth, is strategically repositioning itself. Faced with increasing demand in the OEM sector, the company will focus its efforts on developing advanced perception software solutions. These solutions, centered on automation and industrial safety, aim to optimize operations in industrial environments.
Governance is also evolving. Jean-Gabriel Pointeau, Deputy Managing Director, is leaving his position after several years of service. Patrick Mansuy, co-founder of Arcure, is returning to operational management as Deputy Managing Director. His mission is to lead the transition to artificial intelligence to strengthen industrial autonomy and security.
A webinar will be held on December 15th to detail these new strategic directions.
