Storm Exploration Welcomes Dr. Alexander Shaw to Board

Storm Exploration Inc. announced the appointment of Dr. Alexander Shaw to its Board of Directors following its recent Annual General and Special Meeting. Dr. Shaw brings over 20 years of global experience in geosciences and mining, with a background in diamond, base, and precious metals deposits. His previous roles include senior positions at First Quantum Minerals and Canyon Resources, and CEO at Luso Global Mining. Currently, he leads Landore Resources, advancing the BAM Gold Project in Ontario, and chairs Chilwa Minerals Limited.

Dr. Shaw expressed enthusiasm about joining the board, representing Landore Resources' substantial interest in Storm. His involvement aims to enhance shareholder value for both companies. At the meeting, shareholders elected Bruce Counts, Joanne Price, Rob L'Heureux, and Shaw as directors, appointed Manning Elliot LLP as auditors, and approved the Stock Option Plan as outlined by the management.
