Vuesion Changes Partner for its Liquidity Contract
On February 2, 2026, Vusion announced the termination of its liquidity contract with BNP Financial Markets, effective January 30, 2026, after market close. This change marks a transition to a new partnership with Natixis ODDO BHF for the management of its shares listed on Euronext.
At the end of the contract with BNP, the liquidity account contained 18,202 shares and €71,179. On the date of the last half-yearly statement, December 31, 2025, the account listed 11,619 shares and €1,108,961, demonstrating proactive asset management.
By partnering with Natixis ODDO BHF starting February 2nd, Vusion is launching this agreement with 18,202 Vusion shares and €571,179 dedicated to the partnership. This partnership, initially for a one-year term, is automatically renewable.
