Marks & Spencer adopts the Vusion platform for its new stores

On November 4, 2026, Vusion announced that Marks & Spencer will deploy its connected store platform in several new stores. This project is part of a modernization strategy aimed at improving the customer and employee experience.

Vusion uses EdgeSense™, a Bluetooth-enabled infrastructure, to optimize in-store operations. This includes product information management, item location tracking, and simplified replenishment. This deployment could expand to other retail locations in the future.

Roy Horgan, CEO UK & Ireland at Vusion, welcomes this partnership with M&S. He emphasizes that the Vusion platform helps improve operational execution while paving the way for future innovations.
