STMicroelectronics Updates on Share Repurchase Program
STMicroelectronics N.V., a leading player in the semiconductor industry, disclosed details of its recently executed share repurchase program. Between July 20 and July 24, 2026, the company repurchased 226,883 ordinary shares. This represents 0.02% of its issued share capital. The shares were acquired on the Euronext Paris market at a weighted average price of EUR 50.4457, amounting to a total expenditure of EUR 11,445,280.67.
The repurchase initiative aims to satisfy obligations from share option programs or allocations to employees and management bodies. These shares may also serve other lawful purposes under the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
