STMicroelectronics Provides Update on Share Repurchase Program
STMicroelectronics, a leading global semiconductor company, has updated details of its ongoing common share repurchase program. The initiative, initially approved in May 2024, saw the company repurchase 199,413 ordinary shares between July 13 and July 17, 2026. These acquisitions, made on the Euronext Paris market, equated to 0.02% of the company’s issued share capital at an average price of EUR 57.2549, totaling EUR 11.4 million. The program aims to fulfill obligations related to share option programs and other allocations to stakeholders as per market regulations.
