STMicroelectronics Announces Updated Resolutions for 2025 Annual General Meeting
STMicroelectronics, a leading semiconductor company, has announced updated resolutions for its 2025 Annual General Meeting. Scheduled for May 28 in Amsterdam, the meeting will include the proposed appointment of Ms. Simonetta Acri to the Supervisory Board for a three-year term.
This change is in addition to the resolutions already planned for this meeting. In addition, another seat on the Supervisory Board will soon be vacant. The selection process is underway, and details will be announced at a later date.
