STIF: New Liquidity Contract with Kepler Cheuvreux
On August 1, 2025, STIF, a specialist in explosion protection, announced the termination of the liquidity agreement with Gilbert Dupont, entered into on July 5, 2024. This agreement ends on July 31, 2025, replaced by a new agreement established on July 23, 2025, with Kepler Cheuvreux. The latter aims to boost STIF's shares on the Euronext Growth® Paris market.
With Gilbert Dupont, the liquidity account closed on July 31, 2025, with 1,674 shares and €370,449.01. The new contract begins with 1,200 shares and €400,000. It is concluded for 12 months, tacitly renewable, and could be terminated under certain conditions.
STIF is looking to strengthen its securities management by choosing a new service provider for its liquidity contract. Next half-year results: October 1, 2025.
