STGM receives €127 million under the Tignes public service delegation agreement.
STGM, a subsidiary of Compagnie des Alpes (CDA), recently transferred the management of the Tignes ski area to SPL ALTTA. This transfer, effective June 1, 2026, enabled STGM to receive €127 million. This amount includes €88.2 million for returned assets, with no impact on the profit and loss statement, as well as an initial payment of €38.3 million for acquired and equity assets.
A balance of €10 million is expected by the end of 2026. In total, the compensation, estimated at €107 million for the CDA, will be reinvested in the development of its activities. This transfer marks a key step in the CDA's management of the ski area.
