Stepstone Unveils 'Recruiting Rebels' for Emerging HR Talent
Stepstone has introduced its 'Recruiting Rebels' initiative to support young HR professionals. This program aims to empower 30 recruiters under 30 years old, providing them with a platform to connect and grow. The highlight is a multi-day camp featuring workshops, challenges, and networking opportunities.
The initiative seeks to identify talents bringing innovative approaches and unique skills to the recruiting industry. Through a structured program, participants will access professional development and hands-on challenges, culminating in presentations to an expert jury.
An esteemed panel, including representatives from Henkel, Deloitte, and QIAGEN, will select the top talents. Results will be announced at an award show on September 14, 2026.
