STEF: Status of voting rights as of November 30, 2025

On December 11, 2025, STEF published information regarding its voting rights. As of November 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 12,850,000. The theoretical number of voting rights is 22,844,522. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 22,643,231. This difference is primarily due to shares without voting rights, such as treasury shares. This announcement fulfills the disclosure requirements stipulated by Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
