Statutory amendments at the Regional Crédit Agricole Bank of Toulouse 31

The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Toulouse 31 Regional Bank is considering amending its current bylaws. At the Combined General Meeting held on March 27, 2026, several important resolutions were passed, including changes to Article 15.2 of the bylaws concerning the renewal of directors and the possible establishment of exceptional mandates to better balance the renewals.

The 2025 financial report was approved, confirming the institution's sound financial health with a surplus of €67,737,428.92. The directors received an unconditional discharge for their management.

Furthermore, the interest rate on the shares has been set at 5.36% for 2025. Dividends for Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) and Cooperative Member Certificates (CCA) are set at €4.44 per share.
