Electricity and Water of Madagascar, a public limited company with a capital of €14,345,747.50, has published the declaration of its capital and voting rights as of May 31, 2026. This company, whose registered office is located in Paris, has declared a total of 5,738,299 shares comprising its share capital.
The company has a total of 6,454,062 theoretical voting rights. However, the voting rights exercisable at the general meeting are 4,634,062. This decrease is primarily due to the five-year suspension of all voting rights attached to the shares held by Mr. Valéry Le Helloco and his affiliated companies, a decision rendered by the Paris Court of Appeal on May 28, 2025.
