Status of voting rights at Séché Environnement
Séché Environnement, a specialist in waste management, has published its monthly information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article L 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of January 1, 2026, the company's share capital consists of 7,857,732 shares.
