Status of voting rights and shares of Lumibird as of December 31, 2025

Lumibird has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares outstanding as of December 31, 2025. This report complies with the transparency requirements of Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.

As of December 31, 2025, Lumibird's share capital consists of 22,466,882 shares. The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 33,759,775. On a theoretical basis, including treasury shares, the total is 34,200,349 voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
