Status of ENGIE shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2024

ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2024. According to this report, the company's capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. Taking into account treasury shares, the number of shares available amounts to 2,425,841,322.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 3,227,473,913. However, once treasury shares are deducted, there remain 3,218,030,224 exercisable voting rights. Registered shares registered for at least two years benefit from double voting rights, in accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code.
