On March 5, 2026, Lhyfe, a company specializing in the production of green hydrogen, announced the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of February 28, 2026. This information, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, reveals that Lhyfe has 48,113,844 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 81,015,217, while the exercisable voting rights are 80,952,922. The difference results from 62,295 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights.
