Statement of Capital and Voting Rights for Electricity and Water in Madagascar as of July 31, 2026
As of July 31, 2026, Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar reported a total of 5,738,299 shares comprising its share capital. Theoretical voting rights amount to 6,441,962, while exercisable voting rights total 4,621,962. These figures are in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights stems from the suspension of voting rights for certain shares. This suspension, decided by the Paris Court of Appeal on May 28, 2025, concerns shares held by Mr. Valéry Le Helloco and several affiliated companies, for a period of five years.
