Star Copper Corp. Reports Promising Assay Results at Golden Triangle Project
Star Copper Corp. has released promising preliminary results from its Phase 1 drill program at the Star Project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The highlights include Hole S-051, which intersected 226.54 meters at 0.67% CuEq, and Hole S-050, showing 93 meters at 0.91% CuEq. These results confirm significant near-surface supergene mineralization.
Phase 2 drilling has commenced, aiming to expand the supergene footprint and explore the larger oxide potential at surface. The favorable economic environment, influenced by Canada's focus on mineral development, boosts prospects for Star Copper's operations. CEO Darryl Jones highlighted similarities with nearby projects, enhancing the project's potential.
Results for additional Phase 1 holes are pending, and the company's ongoing efforts in resource development continue to show promise against market demands.
