Star Copper Corp. Expands with New Acquisitions in British Columbia
Star Copper Corp., a mineral exploration company, has entered a definitive agreement to acquire two significant copper-gold projects from Eastfield Resources in British Columbia. The acquisitions include the Zymo Copper-Gold Project and a 95.3% interest in the Indata Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Project. This strategic move aims to enhance Star Copper's portfolio of exploration assets.
The Zymo Project, located near Smithers, is a large-scale copper-gold porphyry system with substantial drill-ready targets. It features a significant geophysical anomaly and historical drilling has identified multiple mineralized zones.
Meanwhile, the Indata Project near Fort St. James hosts a copper-gold-molybdenum system with potential for additional mineral discoveries. Combined, these projects align with Star Copper's strategy to secure district-scale exploration assets, positioning the company for future success.
