Stable quarterly results for FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE
FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE announces consolidated revenue up 3.7% in the third quarter of 2026, reaching €23,047k. This increase of €2,459k compared to the previous year is broken down by business sector. Revenue from the real estate business increased by €2,128k, reaching €56,614k. This rise is primarily due to rent increases and new projects, although partially offset by the absence of sales of existing properties.
The activity of service providers, meanwhile, saw an increase of €331,000, driven by Fiducial Gérance and the successful launch of Forecial 3. Despite these results, investors remain cautious regarding real estate investments. No significant events were reported this quarter, and FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE is targeting revenue between €89 million and €90 million for the current fiscal year.
