Stabilis Solutions, a provider of clean fueling solutions, announced an annual revenue of $68.2 million for 2025, marking a decrease from the previous year. The company reported a net loss of $1.4 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $8.0 million. Cash flow from operations reached $8.6 million. For the fourth quarter, revenues were $13.3 million, and the company experienced a net loss of $0.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $1.5 million.

Executive Chairman Casey Crenshaw attributed the revenue decline to completed multi-year contracts in marine bunkering and power-generation markets. Despite this, he highlighted strong commercial demand in power generation and data centers. Future growth is anticipated from a $200 million LNG supply agreement starting in 2027.

Crenshaw also noted the finalization of financing for the Galveston LNG project, with a decision expected by Q1 2026. The company is focused on executing projects, enhancing balance sheet flexibility, and infrastructure investment.
