Springvest Oyj: Leading Investment Platform Targets Growth

Springvest Oyj, Finland’s top investment platform for startups, recently received a "BUY" rating from NuWays AG with a target price of EUR 15. The firm has raised approximately €400 million for Finnish startups, integrating retail, professional, and institutional investors into singular funding rounds. Unique to Springvest, around 50% of its fees come from stock options, growing its diverse equity portfolio across 43 Finnish companies, including sectors like space and biotech.

The strategy of Springvest is sharpening, now appealing to international institutional investors and taking a proactive role in select portfolio companies. Legislative changes in the EU and increased capital inflow from prominent Finnish investors further enable its growth. The company's book value rose from €10 million in FY18 to €28.2 million in H1'26. Springvest aims for a payout ratio of at least 80% of net profit and exit proceeds, enjoying an average dividend yield of about 9% since 2021.
