SpineGuard announces its Combined General Meeting on May 27, 2026
SpineGuard, a company specializing in digital surgical guidance, has set the date for its Combined General Meeting for May 27, 2026. This meeting will be held at 10:00 AM at the offices of the law firm Chammas et Marcheteau in Paris. A notice of the meeting was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on April 17, 2026.
Shareholders will be able to cast their votes either by participating physically or remotely via the VOTACCESS platform, accessible from May 6 to 26, 2026. It is also possible to vote by mail, with forms to be received until May 22, 2026.
In the event of a lack of quorum, a second meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026. SpineGuard invites its shareholders to exercise their voting rights, an aspect encouraged by the AMF.
