SpineGuard Announces Combined General Meeting for June 2025
SpineGuard will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 10, 2025, in Paris. Shareholders can attend the event in person or vote remotely. The VOTACCESS platform will be open from May 21 to June 9, 2025, for online voting. Postal votes must be received by June 7, 2025.
In the event of insufficient quorum, a second meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2025, at the same location. All preparatory documents will be available on the SpineGuard website in the Investors section. Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their voting rights.
