Sparton Resources Reports Progress at Pense Critical Metals Project
Sparton Resources Inc. has announced progress in its Pense Critical Metals Project. The project focuses on polymetallic sulphide mineralization across the Ontario/Quebec border. With 40 new claims, Sparton's total land now covers approximately 9,000 hectares.
An EM airborne geophysical survey by Expert Geophysics identified new conductive anomalies, with 16 anomalies in total, of which 14 remain untested. Initial drilling targeted Anomaly A in Quebec, with two holes revealing conductive sulphide zones without graphite presence. The drilling highlighted the presence of metals like chromium, copper, nickel, zinc, and cobalt.
The results align with Sparton's exploration model, with further testing planned. However, spring conditions have temporarily halted drilling activities. Future work includes Electromagnetic and Magnetic surveys on new anomalies. The analysis followed industry QA/QC standards using ALS Canada facilities.
