SoWiTec Group GmbH Agrees to Bond Repayment Deferral

SoWiTec group GmbH, together with Dr. Marc Liebscher, the Joint Representative of its 8% Bond 2018/2026, has agreed to defer a portion of the bond repayment. Originally scheduled for 8 May 2026, the partial repayment of EUR 2,290,200.00 will see EUR 1,526,600.00 deferred until 25 September 2026. This deferral aligns with the resolution authorized during the bondholders’ meeting on 8 October 2025.

The remaining amount of EUR 763,400.00 is set to be repaid by the original date of 8 May 2026. The decision reflects strategic financial planning under certain conditions precedent and subsequent as stipulated in the agreement. This move aims to provide the company with flexibility in managing its financial obligations while ensuring transparency with key stakeholders.
